How to rent a flat in Georgia

A flat in Georgia can be rented before you arrive: you choose the listing here, we confirm the terms with the owner, explain the contract in English and collect the keys. Four steps:

1. Choosing the flat and the dates

The listing number, or two sentences: city or district, from when and for how long, monthly budget in USD, number of people, pets. We reply in English, on working days the same day.

2. Confirmation with the owner

We check whether the flat is free on your dates and confirm the rent, the deposit, what is included (utilities, internet, cleaning) and whether the owner agrees to your conditions — for example pets, or a contract shorter than a year. A flat we have viewed in person carries the “Verified” mark with a date; the others we can view on video before you decide.

3. Contract and deposit

We go through the tenancy contract with you in English before signing: rent and payment date, deposit and the conditions of its return, utilities and meters, notice period, who repairs what. You pay the deposit to the owner — never to us.

4. Keys on site

At handover we record the meter readings and the condition of the flat — this protects the return of your deposit when you move out. During the tenancy, matters with the owner go through us, in English.
