About the flat
80 m², 3 rooms, floor 11 of 15 — Nadzaladevi, Tbilisi. Let by the owner.
Neighbourhood: Tbilisi
The capital of Georgia, spread over both banks of the Kura in a valley between hills, at 380 to 770 m above sea level. About one third of the country's population lives here. The old town lies at the foot of Mount Mtatsminda and the Narikala fortress — mostly 19th-century buildings with the historic sulphur baths. The city is served by two metro lines (23 stations, since 1966) that cross in the centre at Station Square, and the international airport lies 17 km to the south-east, on the road leading to the centre. The oldest university in the Caucasus, founded in 1918, is here. The climate is subtropical: hot, humid summers and mild, fairly dry winters.
